The Space Between Dancers (2020)

Dancing is intimate. Connection is key in listening and following the leader as much as the leader must be aware of their follower. These two large canvases are painted in acrylic paint and represent the space between dancers with stripes of vibrant colour. The work was inspired by Bruce Newman and Haegue Yang.
