Stop Staring

This piece focuses on an issue that many women, including myself, face on a regular basis. The fear that comes with walking alone in the dark. Many women feel unsafe to walk at night for the fear of potential sexual harassment and/or assault. In this piece, the subject is slowly becoming engulfed by irises, and not having any herself, I wanted to convey the infliction of vulnerability as a result of this fear.
