Reconstruct’ is a short film that explores the possibilities of collage and illusion through the medium of filmmaking, inspired by the merging of the natural and digital world. Drawing from the ‘Ready-made’ approach to creation pioneered by Marcel Duchamp, as well as early Dada cinema. This short is comprised of footage from moments in everyday life combined with practical and digital effects, to create an intense audiovisual experience that tests the dimensional properties of the flat image. Accompanied by an original soundtrack.
